Ovulation and Pregnancy

The best time to get pregnant is when you ovulate or 1-2 days before. But if you familiarize yourself with your ovulation cycle it could increase your chances of getting pregnant.

The symptoms of ovulation include changes in cervical mucus and you will also experience slight pain around your lower right abdomen. Another way to detect ovulation is by using a basal body thermometer, which will indicate whether or not you’re fertile. A rise in body temperature would mean that you’ve ovulated. You can get an ovulation predictor kit at your local grocery store to determine your most fertile time of the month which will increase your chances of getting pregnant.
