A Healthy Pregnancy Meal Part 2
Sprout Right-Nutritionist Lianne Phillipson-Webb shows us how to prepare a quick healthy organic meal when your pregnant and what nutrients are important for pregnancy. As well, she talks about all the essential ingredients you should incorporate in your everyday meals to help boost your immune system.
Today we're cooking up some delicious salmon with a side of baked potato and a wholesome super green salad.

Wild organic salmon
Organic Russet Potato washed and scrubbed
Salad leaves of your choice
eg: arugula, spinach, cos lettuce
Sprouts-alfalfa, mixed bean, pea shoot
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Cenebal Herb and Garlic Vinaigrette
Cook Potato at 375 degree F in oven for approx. 30-45 minutes
Dress salmon with fresh dill and parsley, fresh chopped garlic and lemon juice.
Place salmon on parchment paper or foil in the oven @ 375 degree F for 10-15 minutes or until it flakes.
