A Healthy Pregnancy Smoothie Part 2

Today were mixing up a delicious, nutritious smoothie that you can have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a snack.
Part 2 we talk about the important fruits and protein powders to add to your smoothie.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 a pear
(Any other favorite fruits)
250 mL (1cup) rice milk
2 Tblsp rice protein powder
2 Tblsp hemp protein powder
2 Tblsp Genestra super DHA Liquid
1 Tblsp Genestra Progreens
1 Tblsp flaxoil
Mix in blender for approx. 2-3 minutes.
