Calculating Your Due Date

You just found out you're pregnant and are probably anxious to calculate you're due date? Most pregnancies on average last 40 weeks. Keeping that in mind, your due date can be calculated by following a three-step method. First figure out the first day of your last menstrual period for example lets say ti was October 23, 2007

Then subtract three calendar months from that date which would be July 23, 2007 And finally, add one year and seven days to that date and you’re due date is July 30 2008. But, keep in mind this date is just an estimate, and most women commonly to give birth two weeks before or after their due date.
