Interviewing A Nanny

When interviewing a nanny, it’s a good idea to make sure they meet the following criteria:

-The nanny must be willing to do light housekeeping
-have a driver’s license
-be comfortable with your pet if you have one
-and be able to play and do fun activities with your child.

It’s also important to contact references to see whether the nanny had a positive impact on children in past jobs and if they were reliable. Most importantly take note of how the nanny interacts with your child. It’s usually a good idea to go with your gut feeling-call it mother’s intuition.
