Morning Sickness

One of the first signs of pregnancy is usually morning sickness. It’s believed that morning sickness is related to a pregnancy hormone and women who don’t get enough rest seem to be more prone to it. Morning sickness usually starts in the first stage of pregnancy - somewhere between the fourth and sixth week.

There are some techniques that will help lessen the symptoms of morning sickness: Getting out of bed slowly Eating small meals Drink lots of water And eating ginger helps If you experience vomiting more than twice a day, contact your doctor.
