Pregnancy Mask

More than 70% of pregnant women will get chloasma during pregnancy. Chloasma is a skin discoloration where your skin may appear blotchy with brownish pigment. This occurs because of your body's increased production of melanin and you will not only notice it on your face, but it can appear anywhere on your body.

To prevent chloasma from getting worse stay out of the sun because the sun rays can actually make the brown spots even darker. The good news is after you give birth, your skin will return back to normal. If chloasma still hasn’t gone away after several months, you should visit a dermatologist.
