Relieving Braxton Hicks Contractions

If your Braxton Hicks contractions are really uncomfortable, here are some tips to help you out.

When you feel a Braxton Hicks contraction coming on change positions or what you’re doing.
Be sure to stay well hydrated. Dehydration can often trigger Braxton Hicks contractions.
Also empty your bladder often. Bladder irritation can trigger more intense contractions.
Lastly, practice labor breathing techniques while you’re having a contraction this can help alleviate discomfort.
