Breastfeeding your newborn. One common problem experienced during breastfeeding is baby having difficulty latching on. This breasfeeding problem can be solved by tickling baby’s bottom lip with the nipple.

Other breastfeeding complications that may arise include sore nipples, clogged milk ducts, breast infections and nipple vasospasms - a condition in which sharp pain in the breasts and lower back is experienced while nursing. Nipple vasospasms are believed to affect 20% of women who breastfeed.
