Breasfeeding and Bonding

Breastfeeding is a natural physical and emotional bonding experience between mother and baby. New dads can be involved in this bonding experience by taking an active role and helping in the breastfeeding process. For night feedings, dads can bring baby to the mother, and help burp the baby once she has been nursed.

New mothers concerned about whether their baby is getting enough milk to ensure proper baby development can try changing breastfeeding positions in order to produce more milk.
